Electric Light Orchestra founding member and cellist Michael Edwards died in a freak accident on Friday when a giant hay bale fell on top of the van he was driving. The saddest part? Edwards had reportedly beaten cancer and was only 62. What a tragic way to go.
Can’t remember any of ELO’s hits?
Check out some of their classic songs:
Livin’ Thing
Do Ya
Evil Woman
Strange Magic
Mr. Blue Sky

Yeah I heard about that also. That’s such a freak accident it’s ridiculous. ELO was a great band and it is very sad that the guy had to go out this way after beating cancer prior to this accident. His music will definitely live on.
