Let’s face it, reality shows are as real as Pamela Anderson’s boobs. However MTV has released World of Jenks, a reality show turned television documentary. Follow 24-year-old film maker, Andrew Jenks, as he immerses himself into other peoples lives to discover the true reality of humanity.

Watch World Of Jenks: Episode 1: Heaven and Hell  and follow Jenks into rapper Maino’s life.

I watched the first episode about Maino and was thoroughly entertained. It reminds me of The Buried Life a little bit, but it’s definitely a refreshing change from reality shows about people who just want to be celebrities.

The best part of the first episode was definitely when he almost got his ass kicked by Maino:

So what makes this so “real”? Good interstitial, if a little shilly. Several AP style issues (film maker, other peoples) 3/4
